We offer valves according to the current DIN / EN but also to ASA / ASME standards in a wide range of sizes and pressure ratings.
As a rule, our flange connections are built according to DIN EN 1092-1 Form C with sealing surfaces according to DIN EN 1092-1 Form B1. The pressure ratings comprise the range from PN 16 to PN 400.
ANSI executions are built in accordance with ASME B16.5. The range is from Class 150 to Class 2500.
On request, valves can also be built e.g. with weld on ends or in accordance with internal factory standards.
Varibell® is a rotary quarter turn valve. The regulating element is a bell shaped plug, featuring tear drop shaped apertures machined into both inlet and outlet but laterally reversed. During opening, this plug rotates and simultaneously uncovers the two tear drop apertures giving fine flow adjustment with a 2 stage pressure reduction across both seats.
