For many years, the company EPC has been offering solutions in the field of control valves. With our own product VARIBELL® we have developed a control valve, which is characterized particularly by its high turndown ratio (1:10.000). The high turndown ratio of Varibell® allows to simultaneously meet several requirements with one single control valve.

• Control of small quantities with high pressure differences in the small opening range (start-up)
• Control of large quantities with low pressure loss and free unregulated flow respectively (full load)
• High control accuracy

The control valve is assembled in Austria. It consists of more than 70 individual parts and can be adjusted to exactly meet the needs of our customers by varying the parts and materials. The inner parts of our valve can be replaced without having to remove it from the pipeline. If there are changes in the application, it is in most cases possible to meet the new requirements by changing the trim.
